This has been in a non-smoking house. There are cats in the house, so there is probably some residual cat hair in it, which could be an issue if you have severe allergies. It is about 20 years old, so there is some wear from use. It is an ikea armchair.

It measures about 30 inches x 34 inches x 34 inches tall.

Free for pickup near Newport Delaware. Delivery is a possibility for a fee.
