Whirlpool WHES44 water softener is NEW and only installed for a couple hours, as it turns out that the control board was stolen before the unit left the store. In order to report this issue, the store took the lid, so it's missing a lid and control board. It is also missing the clips. You could probably get these replacement parts from the manufacturer and have a perfect WHES44 water softener. Contains 20lbs of salt for free as well to get you started.
