This is a Wells Gardner WGM2374-U0GR42B 054A7401-022 CRT Chassis and Monitor. It is in good working order as shown in the pictures. It was just pulled from the machine. It does have some burn in but I can't get it to show up in the pictures. It was gone over a few years ago due to being very dim. The chassis was set out and only what was needed was replaced. So not a full cap kit. It's been working fine for me for about 2 year.
I have many other working monitors 19 and 25 inch as well.
