Responsibilities:
• Driving: Safely transport passengers to their destinations, obeying traffic laws and regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, and ensuring passenger comfort.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays and reach destinations on time.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and dispatch.
Minimum requirements include:
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: At least one year of professional driving experience, with an emphasis on passenger transport.
• Z Endorsement: Eligibility to obtain a Z endorsement from the state of Delaware, which involves background checks and testing.
• Professionalism: A professional demeanor, punctuality, and a neat appearance.
• Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various passenger needs and requests.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
• Safety: A commitment to passenger safety and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
