Location: [Dover DE] Part-time to possible Full-Time Position
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Sign Installer to join our growing team. This role focuses primarily on field installations, but you will also handle basic in-shop production like printing, laminating, and prepping/applying vinyl graphics before heading to job sites.
This position is for an independent worker who can get the job done right on-site.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Install wall, window, and vehicle graphics (wraps are a plus but not required).
* Install post-and-panel, monument, and exterior building signs.
* Perform site surveys, measurements, and safe transport of materials.
* Briefly assist in-shop with large-format printing, laminating, weeding, and masking vinyl.
* Maintain tools and keep work/shop areas organized and clean.
Requirements:
* Proven on-site sign installation experience required.
* Familiarity with in-shop print, laminate, and vinyl application.
* Comfortable working on ladders and lift equipment.
* Ability to lift 75+ pounds and a valid driver's license.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with illuminated signage or channel letters.
* Bucket truck or lift certification.
