Fully adjustable. The last photo shows the type of sandpaper roll that can be used with the sander. And the second to last photo shows the roller cover removed and you can see how the paper attaches. The third to last photo shows the roller covered with new sandpaper. The roller is covered as is the back of the rolls of sandpaper so you just cut the paper on an angle and wrap it around the roller. The rest of the paper roll is included.
