Played less than 10 times with my sons. Components are still in great shape.

Completed an inventory:
Missing one life token (should have 40, but have 39)
Missing the trap/white flame token, but I cannot find a scenario that uses it.
One extra Device token.
One extra Skill token.

Since this is the only copy of the game I ever owned, my best guess is the inventory list is incorrect but we probably lost one of the life tokens.

Nonsmoking home.
