We are looking for (2) single occupants for each suite. This is a beautiful, quiet, relaxing co-share space in North Wilmington. Utilities, furnishing are included. Please bring your own comfy robe and towels.
We cannot provide housing for fur families due to severe allergies. No smoking allowed of any kind. Employed professionals or proven self employed incomes to support lease.
Our housekeeper will provide cleaning for bathrooms and kitchen areas biweekly. Leasee are required to keep bedroom clean, odor free, declutter and linen washed.
No security deposit with above 700 Credit and basic background check required.
