Bowflex Power Pro Home Gym. $99. A weight lifting machine that uses flexible tubes or bows for resistance instead of heavy, unwieldy weights. This is in very good condition, has the equivalent of 310 lbs. (inclues the 100 lb. upgrade) of resistance, leg extension & removable, adjustable seat & back support, on line owner's manual & fitness guide & lots more. It fits into a 21" by 24" space with bench folded up. The online manual has lots of pages with photos just detailing the wide range of exercises this device is designed for, categorized into chest, shoulder, back, arm exercises. There are numerous adjustments all over the machine to accommodate any size person, with any size limbs. A new Bowflex home gym goes for $700- $1599. It easily disassembles for transport in a small car or moving down stairs.
