Bowflex Power Pro Home Gym. $99. A weight lifting machine that uses flexible tubes or bows for resistance instead of heavy, unwieldy weights. This is in very good condition, has the equivalent of 310 lbs. (inclues the 100 lb. upgrade) of resistance, leg extension & removable, adjustable seat & back support, on line owner's manual & fitness guide & lots more. It fits into a 21" by 24" space with bench folded up. The online manual has lots of pages with photos just detailing the wide range of exercises this device is designed for, categorized into chest, shoulder, back, arm exercises. There are numerous adjustments all over the machine to accommodate any size person, with any size limbs. A new Bowflex home gym goes for $700- $1599. It easily disassembles for transport in a small car or moving down stairs. Weight Bench- Weider. Very good condition. Has leg extension, slant bar and bar supports. $39. Items like this go for well over 100 + tax.
Weights. 120 lbs. Excellent condition. Weider interlocking six 10 lb. and four15 lb. good looking weights.$60 or best offer for everything, the weights, 2 chrome dumbbell rods, and 2 long bars with collar and spring clips.
Dumbbell Bars- The chrome bar with thread on retainers is only $4. The others are $2 each.
Exercise Bike. Famistar. Looks good, like new, and works great. Smaller than most exer bikes, it measures 39 in. long x 18 in. wide x 42 in. at highest point. Has wide range of variable resistance. Monitor shows time, speed, distance, odometer and PULSE. Seat height and handle bar height is adjustable. Priced to sell at $49. New price would be $209 plus tax.
Bike Carrier. Yakima. Takes 4 bikes. Good condition. Very solid. Has ratcheting straps and all that you need. $39.
Bike Lock. Master U lock. 2 keys. $4. Use for bikes, ladders and more.
Dryer. Whirlpool, Electric, 220-240 volts, model WED5100 VQO. Very good working condition. Has 3 cycles, Timed Dry, Auto Dry and Fluff Air. Has 3 temperature settings, low, medium and high. Standard size, 30 inch wide. Drum has 26" diameter & depth of 21." You can dry a big load all at once. A bargain at $89. Comes with 3 or 4 wire cord, whichever you need.
