Jobs range from $10,000 to $25,000. In-house financing is available for customers. Our marketing team drives consistent inbound demand through paid advertising.
Compensation
$55,000 base salary, guaranteed
3% commission on all company-provided warm leads
6% commission on self-generated deals
3-month ramp protection during your first 90 days
Company vehicle provided
Gas covered
Realistic OTE: $95,000 to $110,000 in year one
Top performers who build their own referral pipeline through campground networking and customer relationships have a clear path to $130,000 and above.
What you will do
Travel to customer locations across South Jersey and Delaware, including campgrounds, RV parks, and private residences, for on-site roof inspections
Walk customers through product benefits, coverage, and lifetime warranty details
Build same-day quotes and present financing options
Close on-site when conditions allow and manage follow-up on insurance-related deals
Work from a pre-loaded calendar of 10 to 15 appointments per week set by our CSR team
Build a self-generated referral pipeline over time for additional commission upside
Who we are looking for
You do not need RV industry experience. You need to know how to close in a customer's driveway.
The profiles that succeed in this role come from: roofing, solar, windows and siding, basement waterproofing, HVAC, home security, pest control, and cable or telecom field sales.
Specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Has 2 or more years of outside or field sales experience with a verifiable track record of closing
Is comfortable working directly with owners in a consultative, trust-based environment
Can run multiple appointments per day and manage follow-up independently
Has a valid driver's license with a clean record
Is self-directed and motivated by performance-based income
Can start within 30 days
