Bought brand new by its current owner back in 2016. Used occasionally for trips to " get away " from time to time, but, getting up there in age, it's time for someone else to enjoy !
Overall outside condition is fantastic ! There was a small boo boo tapping a building and slightly bending the outside ladder, but no serious damage. Exterior has loads of storage, that is fully stocked with wood blocks, plastic set up pads, hoses for water and waste , adapters for hookups, extension cords for 220v / 110v charging , wheel chucks and wheel lock stabilizer, storage for included towing anti-sway brackets and hardware- anything and everything needed to set up, level and enjoy the stay. Outside stove was never used and still has plastic covers. Working outside lighting and speaker system. Added power awning in perfect shape. Plus...Plus..Plus..
Near perfect interior living space, with room up to 10 people ! Satellite TV / Sirius / XM ready, Bluetooth, Working Kitchen Appliances, Tons of hidden storage- even a spot for pet bowls !!
If you have ever known that one person, who is meticulous with records and cleanliness, that didn't let things slide when it needed to get done, that didn't cut corners to say- that's good enough... that is the owner of this RV ! Tons of service records, manuals... etc.. even comes with a remote backup camera to help with parking !
