Rest of house is furnished and set up primarily, including living room and kitchen. Additional space is available in the front room for additional items/usage, an unassigned shared space.
Your roommate, me, would be a 45yo male. I am relatively quiet, and, other than visits from my girlfriend, entertain seldom. Would prefer a non-party animal, who thinks of home as a retreat of sorts. I am neither a drinker, nor into 420, but I do not mind either within reason. No crazy drunkenness and no hard drugs, please. I smoke a tobacco pipe, but only outside. I am also not as tidy as one should be, but I am considerate and trying to improve this aspect of myself. If this describes you as well, we should get along fine.
