We have a room available in a Wilmington city house-share.There are 3 professionals living there currently (he / he / she) with no animals Ages are 25-60, all are employed professionals, and the house is fairly quiet. The house has wifi throughout, central heating / cooling, 3 full bathrooms, and a large living area, as well as washer/dryer in the basement. Street parking is available and not difficult to find a good spot. Rent is 750 monthly + 100 flat rate for utilities for a total of 850, which in addition to utilities also includes all household supplies (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap for dishes).
