We have a beautiful and large master bedroom with en-suite bath available in a young professional house share in the friendly Hilltop neighborhood in Wilmington. There are currently three housemates in this 5 bedroom, ages are 25-60, all are professionals, and the house is fairly quiet. The house has wifi throughout, central heating / cooling, 3 full bathrooms, and a large living area, as well as washer/dryer in the basement. Street parking is available and not difficult to find a good spot. Rent is 1000 monthly + 100 flat rate for utilities, which in addition to utilities also includes all household supplies (toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, soap for dishes).
