I'm 33, incredibly friendly and easy going, down to earth, clean, keep to myself, and pay my rent on time. My child is the same as me.
I don't smoke or own pets, and I have two jobs lined up and ready to go, so income won't be an issue. I included photos of my current living space to give sort of an idea that we do maintain a clean home.
I'm a tattoo artist with no current or past substance problems, and I also have a steady, full time job.
I'm looking for something with a maximum distance of 10-15 minutes from Rehoboth.
I'm lgbtq+ friendly, 420 friendly if that's the vibe (though don't personally partake), love animals if you have pets, and would prefer roommates who are also friendly and down to earth! Age doesn't much matter to me, nor gender, I'm open minded. I can't be picky though, so I can go with the flow!
It's always just been my kiddo and me, so small spaces or sharing a single room is more than fine with us.
