Its a two-story home with a full basement and covered porch just two blocks away from Battery Park and the Markel Trail. Two full baths, one upstairs and one in the basement. The room for offer is the one pictured in the last 3 frames with the chair and the bed in the closet (will be empty). If the second room is needed we can work out an additional fee.

Pictured is front of house, living room, and game/exercise room, leading upstairs to the two vacant rooms and upstairs bathroom. Then kitchen. There is a full wheelchair accessible shower in the basement (did not take pictures of).

I'm fairly social so guests are always welcome, we have a movie night once a week on Wednesdays and game night on Sundays (Table top of all sorts).

I have two dogs and two cats, and am 420 friendly. If you smoke cigarettes, you simply have to do it on the porch.

Disorganized is one thing, but I'm looking for someone at least mostly cleanly, on time with rent, and low on the drama. Otherwise I'm easy to get along with.

I'm okay with kids, though the house will have to be childproofed (it's close, I have dogs), and the extra room isn't included in the listed price.
