Hello

I am renting a two rooms in a three bedroom townhouse. One is on the third floor and another is on the lower floor

They fully furnished with a queen size bed, table and chair and your own refrigerator. You have your own bathroom.

Rent is $900 and $850 and security deposit is also $500. To move in, you need to show two paystubs to show you are in a stable job.
There is one person living there currently. He is a graduate

It is a month to month(minimum 3 months) stay but want someone who can stay longer
