Large bathroom with ample cupboard space and tub/ shower
Privileges for: kitchen (fully equipped with everything you need - except your food), dining room and laundry (I provide the detergents, etc.)
Most housekeeping and all yard work
The house - in a safe, secluded, quiet, friendly, heavily-treed neighborhood, nice two-story home. Only 10 minutes from University of Delaware, Christiana Mall and 5 minutes from I-95 access.
Close to lots of parks for hiking, walking, biking as well as shops/ stores and restaurants and a few blocks from Chik-Fil-A.
Please no drugs, smoking, pets or frequent drinking and partying.

To move in - First month's rent (or prorated amount if moving in after the 1st), $325 deposit, and your word you'll give me minimum 15-days notice (more is better) when it comes time to move out.
