Seek long term roommates one-year minimum. Current roommates have been with me 3-years... all males of different ethnic groups.
We're both very quiet, and polite. I'm a professional adult with a stable 10+ year job history as an Electronics Technician, working at Dover AFB.
My requirements:
1. Delaware residents only with proof of current rent/living situation... no out of state inquiries.
2. Proof of income $17/hr or $2,720 monthly.
3. One year (12-months) work history with current employer and... not laid off.
4. Share cleaning responsibilities.
5. Reference from prior housing.
6. Will pro-rate 1st month if middle of month move-in $146 per week
Rules:
1. No smokers, drug or chem. users including marijuana.
2. No couples or excessive guest.
3. No pets.
4. If you are the loud, drinking, partying type, then this place is not for you.
I'm studying Mandarin, Law and Business/Entrepreneurship.
I like gardening, biking and travel internationally (before COVID)
