One bedroom apartment upstairs in my home will be available by the end of August. We will be conducting interviews next month. There is no security deposit needed but if an offer is made to the pending renter they will need to have a SBI (State Police) background check completed at their expense and mailed to owner. This is nonnegotiable unless you are law enforcement or military. Home is supplied by Verizon FIOS internet and TV and paid by owner. Prospective renter needs to show a valid source of employment.
