Looking to rent a room/ shared single home with 1 female (and cats) however, cannot accept any additional animals unfortunately.
Room includes private exterior entrance on the opposite side of the house and internal entrance leading directly into the kitchen. A full bathroom is in the middle of the house which will only be occupied by this tenant and the other has her own bathroom and entrance. There is also a common entrance in the middle of the home. Ranch style/single floor. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles if needed for additional tenant, preferably only one vehicle if possible. Storage access available if needed. Home includes backyard with seating area for shared access as well as front porch seating area.
Rent includes all utilities.
(Could be furnished upon request.)

Must keep room, and common areas clean after use (bathroom/kitchen etc.)
Prefer Female, however not opposed to a respectful single male/no small children/no active drug or substance abuse.
Must be actively working however, I do not need paystubs or credit check etc. Just need a good decent person who needs a stable clean place to reside/live
Will consider a couple if requested however please note the rate will differ.
Asking 350/WEEK or 1,000.00 Month
*Monthly basis room for rent/no renters insur needed/ however again I am flexible and if it makes sense then the agreement can fluctuate*
