I'm up there at 60 so please keep that in mind. Still in good physical shape but the days of demo and digging are gone.

My background is in:
- Commercial (shopping centers) construction and management.
- Residential (mainly remodeling, although some new builds) construction and management.
- Estimating

Don't need a whole lot of money... as I just want to keep busy.
