We are seeking an experienced and dependable Dry Cleaning Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy and growing dry cleaning facility. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in all aspects of garment care and plant production.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily plant operations and workflow
* Supervise and train production and front counter staff
* Ensure quality control for spotting, pressing, cleaning, and finishing
* Monitor garment turnaround times and customer satisfaction
* Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
* Handle scheduling, inventory, and production efficiency
* Assist with customer service and problem resolution
* Help grow pickup and delivery operations
Qualifications
* Previous dry cleaning or laundry plant management experience preferred
* Knowledge of spotting, pressing, and garment care
* Strong leadership and communication skills
