A Beautiful Beach House, great for kids and families. This is a trailer with a porch extension serving as a living room. This summer house sits on a hilltop above the largest Chesapeake beach on the Eastern Shore of Maryland: White Crystal Beach, an hour and a half from Philadelphia. This is a great beach for young kids because there is no real surf. You also won’t find the New Jersey crowds or prices. What you will find is a welcoming community with a variety of family-oriented summer activities.
The house sleeps seven, with bunk beds for the kids, a main bedroom and a sofa, and comes fully furnished. The living room is extra large for a trailer this size. It faces north and I’ve used it as a painting studio. The house has a large shaded deck, and parking for at least two cars.
There are beautiful sunsets over the bay, with spellbinding scenery! It offers a wonderful peaceful summer getaway.
