Seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to provide support for an individual working through divorce proceedings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in secretarial work. Someone who has experienced a prolonged divorce would be helpful.
Pay based upon skill and experience.
Duties:
- Assist in working through paperwork, organizing financial documents, and offering guidance through divorce proceedings.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence, and proofreading documents.
- Provide technological support such as uploading documents, accessing online financial records, and using websites like DocuSign
-Assist in expense tracking and basic financial record-keeping.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a secretary or personal assistant.
- Demonstrated expertise in management tasks such as filing systems, data entry, clerical support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in productivity software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and similar tools.
- Familiarity with financial tasks such as invoicing and expense reports.
- General computer literacy.
