This pedal works now. Full disclaimer that it had to be opened and cleaned because it failed to turn on when I received it. But it's been working normally now for a couple years in a row
I blew out the inside and cleaned it with isopropyl and it now turns on normally. I'm not sure what was wrong but that seems to have done the trick.
