A well-loved Rivera R30, probably from the mid 90s. Very well maintained with a few upgrades. First, the basics: FULLY INEPENDENT dual channel preamp, each with its own EQ and gain/master setup, master reverb, circuit is untouched. Single 12” speaker, an 80s era Pyle Driver. The preamp tubes are all vintage US & European tubes (no longer NOS, it’s been played, but strong) and a good set of EH EL34H for power. The reverb tank has been replaced with a MOD tank. A few spots and scuffs, as to be expected on a 30~ish year old amp. Also included is the FS7 3-button footswitch with 15-ish foot cable (all functions can be switched from the front panel, as well), which is a little more dinged up than the amp, but it’s a foot switch, right? Has a set of jacks on the back panel that can be used as an effects loop (though not footswitchable itself).
This thing can go from Blackface cleans to mid-scooped metal at the click of a switch. I never dialed the reverb past 3, so I’m guessing it’s got a lot more range. Took it to a jam last weekend and left it on with a tele plugged in and it runs whisper quiet.
Asking $800 OBO. Will consider full or partial trades, but I’m trying to downsize, so I’ll be picky. Also willing to drive a little to make a deal.
