We are looking for a fews BIDs for a Block 3300 sq ft Mechanic shop, w/ existing oil tank, Oil Furnace & metal ducts. We are trying to do this the most economical way possible, as it's an older garage and it's not been in use for close to 10 years. We can schedule a time for you to visit the property in person, as its located on Old Airport Road in New Castle, Delaware.

We would like a BID for each of the items below.

BID 1 - Request for BID Install 2x New Air Temps Oil Fired Horizontal Hot air furnaces

1. Remove two old oil heaters and dispose off property
2. 2x new oil-fired heaters installed to code 134,000 BTU each
3. 2x new smoke pipes
4. 2x new all fuel chimney with chimney cap for both heaters
5. 2x new heat thermostats
6. 2x new 275-gallon oil tanks with tank legs and flanges (Or 500-gallon tank for both oil heaters to share)
7. 2x new vent alarm and gauge combo
8. 2x new vent caps and scully fill
9. 2x new duplex bushings
10. 4x 3/8 line flare shut off values
11. 2x new oil filter completes
12. 2x new supplies: One in the bathroom and one in back door area
13. 1x supply in office

BID 2 - Install HVAC System into building

1. 7-8 Ton Heat pump unit (Air handler & Condenser) or Package unit
a. Must be raised off ground 2 feet (Prevent flooding)
2. Metal Ducts throughout (Unless you are able to use what is there)
