Remove dead grass along with 4 inches of poor soil from 200 sq ft and dump in back yard. Bring 3 cubic yards of top soil in your truck and spread over area (I will pay for topsoil). Spread grass seeds provided. Cover area with net provided. You need to find and deliver top soil. Bring your own tools to remove dead grass and spread top soil.
