Property, facilities maint. and lawn care.
*perform maintenance including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, mulching & weeding *knowledge and ability to prune and trim trees and shrubs
*must be able to drive tractor with blade, bushog, operate bobcat, backhoe
*maintain and perform maint. on tools, equipment and machinery as needed
*should have carpentry, basic plumbing, welding and electrical skills. (Handy man skills)
*communicate effectively with management, crew members and clients
*minimum of 2 years of ground maintenance experience
*ability to lift at least 50 lbs..
*must have current drivers license, reliable transportation and ability to work in changing weather conditions
*ability to independently follow and complete specific assigned tasks
*must be honest
*cdl preferable or able to obtain(not a starting necessity).
