POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking CDL Driver / Modular Transport Technician to join our team. This role combines commercial driving with hands-on labor in the transport, setup, and breakdown of modular units.
This is not just a driving job — you’ll be an essential part of a crew responsible for delivering and installing modular structures safely and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate commercial vehicles to transport modular units and materials to job sites
Assist with loading, unloading, and securing modular structures
Participate in setup, leveling, and installation of modular units
Perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
Work closely with crew members to complete projects on schedule
Travel to job sites as needed (may include overnight stays)
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid CDL (Class A preferred) with clean driving record
Experience operating heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, bending)
Construction, rigging, or modular building experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Reliable transportation to and from yard/shop
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
