Bought in May 2022. Bed and frame are in good condition. The active grid is leaking and is out of warranty, but it is a very nice bed even without the fancy water feature. I called about a replacement active grid, they said it would cost $800, I asked for a discount and they offered $600. You might be able to bring them down further
