2. Private backyard or large patio (no sharing, no balconies, nothing small)
3. Dog friendly (20 lb small doodle dog)
4. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in apt (not shared or on site)
5. No outdated units or appliances
6. Quiet residences only
7. Solid foundation with solid insulation in between the ceilings and walls (no noise from neighbors)
