Weekend Personal Care Assistant – South Dover (No Certification Required)
Consistent timeliness is required.
This is a weekend position assisting a high-functioning, active quadriplegic who holds an upper management role in state government and has a somewhat well-known public and professional profile. Located in a secure area of south Dover.
Schedule:
- Saturdays & Sundays, 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Occasional optional weekday hours if coverage is needed
No certification required** (CNA, HHA, etc.). Training is simple and typically takes only a visit or two alongside a current employee.
Responsibilities:
- Morning routine (bathing, dressing, transfers)
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional breakfast pickup (Wawa and Dunkin’ very close by)
Travel Opportunities:
- 2–3 times per year, typically 4–5 days
- $20/hour for 24-hour coverage during travel
- Travel and meals included
