I have a 5 H. P. Briggs and Stratton CHIPPER /SHREDDER with a vacuuming system for leaves etc. It is self propelled with several speeds and reverse and in good shape! It does run good once you get it started and everything seems to work on it . It does need a new vacuum /collection bag as It sucked it up through the vacuum ACCIDENTALLY, but you should be able to purchase one from amazon or repair the old one .It is hard to pull start it but it will start and run . I think you should sharpen the blades as they are probably a little dull. It is old but does work. It has been sitting for a few years , I have several pictures of it and the torn bag.
