I have a Mahoning outdoor wood furnace for sale. I bought it in 1995, and it was in service for 10 years. My town outlawed it and it sat for years. I rebuilt it replacing corroded steel and insulation since I am a boilermaker by trade. I'm asking 1500 and this would get you into one of these units way cheaper than a new one.
