Meet Mithu, a beautiful young male Alexandrine parakeet, approximately 5–6 years old, with a fun and loving personality. He is very vocal and enjoys talking—he says “Mithu” clearly, makes lots of different sounds, and loves interacting with people.
Mithu is fully tame and enjoys spending time outside of his cage. His favorite place to be is on your shoulder, where he loves being close to his people. He may take a little time to adjust to someone new, but once he feels comfortable, he’s affectionate, friendly, and a wonderful companion. He gets along great with my family and has been a cherished pet.
I’m only rehoming him because I travel frequently, and I want him to have the time, attention, and loving home that he deserves.
I’m looking for a responsible and caring home where Mithu will be treated like family. If you have experience with parrots or are willing to give him the patience and love he needs, he’d make an amazing companion.
