Purchased new and comes with certificate of authenticity. Very durable and comfortable, firmer cushions. Cushions still don’t sag, just need a shake out Smoke free home. Easy to dissemble for pickup. We do have a dog that got on the couch and usually covered the couch with a blanket but there are slight marks that can be cleaned up.
