Swing is in good condition and is stored indoors during the winter
Swing is now taken apart, so loading it after you purchase it will be fast and easy
One person can set up and disassemble this swing as I have done so
The canopy shows signs of age, but is intact with no holes or tears
The canopy can be tilted as desired
The "footprint," when the frame is setup, measures 115" X 58"
The height of the frame is 75"
The bench width, from the inside of the armrests, is 55" and easily accommodates 2 adults
The back of the bench is 31" in height and is quite comfortable
