Core Aerating & Overseeding (New Castle County and surrounding areas)

We use a heavy duty stand-on core aerator and fescue seed to improve the health and quality of your lawn.
Core aerating not only creates holes in the ground for the seeds to go into and establish a deep roots system, it also helps to release unwanted toxins from the soil and improve your lawns overall health. Think of it like acupuncture for your lawn.
When overseeding, we use a blend of 3 types of single blade fescue which compliment each other to keep your lawn looking good year round.
We are currently scheduling for 10/4 and 10/25.
