Closer to a SINK than a SOT because of the Greenland style hull, responsive and fast to paddle at 15 feet. Lots of storage.
Too bad that Wilderness Systems quit manufacturing the Freedom 15. A little on the heavy side 65 lbs this boat is a very stable, maneuverable and fast with no hull slap very quiet glide. Tracks great hardly use the rudder but it’s there if you need it. It stands alone among sit on top kayaks. If you like everything about touring kayaks this is a great boat for a sit on top. Comes with high back seat. $600. Can include a good touring paddle for $85 more. In excellent condition.
