New parts are tires 4.80x12, wheel bearing, races, grease seals and hub protector. New LED lights (2 tail, 2 side markers) and wiring. Has spare tire and wheel, has newer tongue jack and trailer is fully adjustable to fit Seadoo, Yamaha, Kawasaki. Will carry 2 or 3 seaters. Road ready with TITLE. Needs to be transferred to new owner.
