We offer multiple daily purpose services and do so at fair cost. We stand by the work we do as we will not take on a job that we are not equipped for and you will know that immediately upon making an inquiry. No one is charged for an incomplete task!
Services offered, (but not limited to) as follows:
• Property Cleaning,
For basic chores: $30.00 an hour, reoccurring cleanings for $25.00 an hour, for more advanced jobs: $40-50.00 an hour, or a flat rate depending on the specific details and needs. We also do full property clean out, including junk removal and new renovation clean ups.
• Furniture Assembly,
For one piece of furniture such as a dresser, bed frame or desk, which will take less than an hour to complete, it will cost a flat rate of $45.00.
• Electronic Device Installation and Set-up.
This option varies in cost. For example, if you recently received a ‘home service equipment self install kit’ from a major service provider (such as Xfinity, Verizon or AT&T) and you are struggling to set up your new cable box or home internet device, but you don't want to pay the service providers professional installation fees ranging between $99-150.00+, we can assist you at a flat rate of $50.00 for up to 2 devices, and $75.00 for up to 4 devices.
This also includes installation and/or setup for common devices including but not limited to: basic security cameras, streaming devices such as Roku or Firestick, TVs and remotes, certain home office devices such as printers and copiers.

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!
If we determine we can successfully install something, we can also provide a crash course for basic functionality use, as an additional or individual service, and you will be permitted to record the teaching to refer back to later on if needed. Or you can book specific tutorials in person for things such as your Android phone stock apps (Google Maps/Social Media apps/email, etc.) If I know it, I can teach it!
I have already done teaching sessions for Google Maps functionality, cell phone app management, as well as for Roku streaming player functionality. You may find yourself wanting to know how to use certain technology in your daily life but maybe you don't know anyone who can teach it to you. We can do this, simply reach out to us and let us know what you'd like to learn, and we will tell you whether or not we are able to teach it to you.
