21 indian scout w/ indian jacket

I have a 21 Indian scout. Great bike, black and chrome. Very very low miles like 1500 more or less. Bought it from Indian Dealer just before i knew id be a father so got 1 season out of it. This past weekend I pulled it out to start it for the season, thinking id save a little gas and unfortunately my battery tender plug was cut by the snow blower.
Called progressive and they started it up I'm extremely low on cash and cant afford to renew insurance or replace the battery. Vance and Hines straights (no baffles but have them along with original pipes.)
Highway bars. Windshield. Clear title.
What can you offer as a reliable gas friendly trade and cash? All serious offers entertained.
