Homeowner with disability will provide housing in exchange for assisting homeowner with minimum overnight-time assistance. Great opportunity for those (particularly students) who want to save while working or attending school. Opportunity is for Live-in only.
Homeowner is extremely active, works from home and teaches, but needs night-time assistance due to disability. Must be available to help at 9PM, (3) nights a week to assist with toothbrushing, dressing, night time care, etc. MUST be compassionate, responsible and neat. No experience necessary. Homeowner will teach what is needed to assist at night. Live rent-free. Live-in must contribute $75 monthly towards utilities and wireless internet access. Attractive home with fireplace, private (furnished) bedroom and separate bath. Quiet setting. Home is near Centerville Rd. and Rt. 48 and conveniently located to several Universities for those who are students. About 20 minutes from UD. ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES. BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.
