This is a great opportunity for those who want to save while working or attending school (particularly students). Opportunity is for Live-in only.
Must be available to help 10PM-8AM, (5) nights a week to assist with minimum nighttime care. Homeowner will need assistance with making breakfast and minimum help with getting dressed. Homeowner also uses hot tub to manage disability and will need assistance from live-in to use the lift machine to get into the hot tub.
Homeowner is active and regularly swims at the local Y. Live-in is welcome to join homeowner at the pool.
MUST be compassionate, responsible and neat. No experience necessary. Homeowner will teach what is needed to assist at night. Live rent-free. Quiet setting. Home is conveniently located to the University of Delaware and several shopping areas. ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES. BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. $250 damage deposit required (refundable).
