Two bedroom, two bath condo. Rent is $300/month with basic cable included. Utilities (including water, gas and electric) are split 50/50 and average about $100/month. Your bedroom and bathroom would be completely unfurnished. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all fully furnished. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. Females are preferred and you must be cat friendly. No dogs are allowed but one friendly cat will be considered. This is for a short term lease only. You must be willing to move out in March 2010.
