To the gentlemen who says it is not his job to come up with the solution just reporting the facts. That is an extremely week argument. If you dont have a solution, dont speak up. You dont have a solution because there is noooo problem. Coal production produces electricity and gives off water vapour and carbon dioxide. Neither, last time I checked is considered pollution until Obama's appointee to the EPA said they were. Yes, you heard right, they are considering water vapour as a pollutant. These people are crazy and upside down. What is next, oxygen? Too much oxygen makes living things exist and therefore continues the destruction of the planet. So the only solution I see is we need to eliminate mankind. This is of course except for the people who complain and dont have solutions. CO2 is NOT a disease causing compound. The proof is on the side of the anti-climate change (anthroprogenic) side. This is fun making fun of the dolts who buy the BS. Hope, change and ignorance.

I am a little lost. So Gore was caught lying...that is a stretch....but global warming is occuring. Who cares? Do you think the human race will persist forever or that we have anything to do with melting ice. Ok, let me see. Oxygen and Nitrogen make up 99% of the earths air. That leaves 1% of the air the following gases: the remaining trace gases include the greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, water vapour and ozone, so-called because they are involved in the Earth natural greenhouse effect which keeps the planet warmer than it would be without an atmosphere. The largest of the trace gases being water vapour or over 95%. So 95% of 1% of the earths gases. The remaining 5% is made up of carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide and other misc. gases like CFC's. Also, the increase in methane (swamp gases and cow farts) is of greater percentage than increase in carbon dioxide of the past ten years.

Maybe cow farts are causing more autism in Philly? Where am I going? Man impacts global warming or is it climate change because the earth is actually in a cooling phase right now by increasing CO2? If this were a movie you would say that this plot is crazy. Al Gore and foreign scientists (both of which benefit economically from this claim) say it and it is gospel. Increasing number of Americans are not buying it. Emerging countries are now trying to extort 100 billion from the US because we caused this. Is China stopping or curbing CO2 emissions, hell now. Follow the money folks. The whole climate change argument is about as smelly as a clow fart. LOOK AT THE NUMBERS.

Help reform sex offender laws to those who are not a threat (USA)

Please help reform the unjust system for sex offender laws. Go to http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/ask-michael-moore-to-document-the-injustice-system to sign the petition for michael Moore to do a documentary on the subject. These are just a few of the stories that are PUBLICLY on the petition to show how we need to reform the sex offender laws to only reflect the ones who are dangerous and a threat to society. These laws need to take off all of the ones who are not rapist or predators.

1.even as a recovery incest survivor I want to align with TRUE justice...your story is compelling and I hope Michael Moore invests in eliminating this injustice, at least intelligably EXPLOITS it....until then, peace with the process

2My cousin is basically no longer allowed in any public place, because some girl lied and said she was 18. She even told his mom that she lied and was only 14.

3.i am married to one of the walking dead( sex offender) we have had to live in a tent, vechicles, drug infested motels. our kids have not known what it is like to live in a house. currently we have been in a motel for 2 years and it has cost us over 20 grand. pretty much our total income. he has worked off and on for years nothing perm. because of the registry. our daughter has been raised in motels since she was 4 years old. she is a basket case because of these laws. they are unjust unconstitutional and just plain wrong. one of the sponors of these laws mark lungsford was found with child porn on his computer by law enforcement yet nothing was done to him. except for being paid to go on the lecture circuit. there is no justice in this country just injustice and corruption.

4.We lost sale of home due to wife noticed a sex offender living on our street. So be it, they did the deed when he was 18, she 17, her parents went bolistic! They have been married for over 35 years now! The system still reports he as an offender!!! The system like all others is broke!!! FIX IT!!! This contributed to a $250,000 LOSS!!!! and more!

5.Overloading the lists of "sex-offenders" with non-violent, consensual, and other "borderline" cases negate the reasoning behind having a registry.

6.Michael Moore, we all pray that you can let our voices be heard about the injustice in our American system, were we are guilty until we find the funds to hire a lawyer who is well known and whose buddy system works for them instead of the client. It is sad that the only way we can acquire justice is to have the funds to fight for all of our rights. My son is labeled a sex offender when they both agree to the sexual act. He was 18yrs and she 17yrs old, the girl did not want to file she also admit to the same as he did, he was in college at the time he did not denied having sex or drinking, he was given probation and community service, he checked in at all time and all places. he followed the rules and continues to care for his family. Then he was grandfather under a law that did not fit him or the crime. He is a wonderful son, husband and father. So the injustice is so unjust not only to him but to several other families who is dealing with this injustice system. We believe in the power of prays, so I believe you're sent to be our voices. God Bless

7.I was 15 y/o when i was dating my boyfriend who was 18 y/o and he is put into the same list of people who rape innocent children, when our sex was consenual but my parents didnt like the fact i was Gay, Me and him Are still dating and im 20 y/o and he is 23 y/o, and i know without any doubt thatat he is not a threat to any child

8.At 18 my husband had mutual sex with a 17 year old in college. They met at a party and the 17 year old portrayed herself as a college student at that time. They got comfortable with each other and had sex. The party got raided and they got caught. The police took in my husband and from there the state picked up his case because the girl did not want to press charges. Because alcohol was involved with their meeting, my husband was convicted of 5 years probation and community service. After his five year term of community service, he was supposed to have been released from his conviction and be done with it. However, when they passed the laws to make all sex offenders register for life, he got grandfathered into it and is now experiencing the unjust and humiliating actions that come with it when people find out that he is a sex offender. I have been married to my husband for 13 years and we have three children, a two year old, a 9 year old and a 14 year old. I can assure you that he is not a threat to children or society. We have lived in a couple of cities and have never had a problem with choosing where we want to live because he is not considered a pedophile or a threat. However, we recently moved to another state and have been told that he can't live or work within 2000 ft of a school, a daycare, or a college. Well, we only moved there because he got a job transfer for a great career opportunity. Unfortunately, his job is near a school and so is the house that we are living in. He is being forced to quit his career and move away from his home. Because of this, it is putting a strain on our family and we may need to move back to Texas because of this. He is currently staying in another place that is not 2000ft from a school and our family is having a hard time with this. I do not see the justice in this and how this is making society a better and safer place. Yes, I do want to know where the high threat sex offenders are for the sake of my own kids and they should be registered for life. But not someone such as my husband who did what so many college students do at that age (have mutual sex) nor has he repeated his offense again. He has proven to be no threat to society. How can they label him in the same category as those who are a threat? In addition to that, the girl was 17 years old, not 7. She knew what she was doing. How can they say that it is against the law for a 17 year old to choose to have consensual sex with an 18 year old, but it is okay for her to make the decision drop out of school.
