And has just gone through a meticulous one million dollare rehabilitation.  We are located right on the entrance to batter park and windows look out into the historic town square at the first town hall in the country.  There is lots of free parking, great restaurants, and amenities.  There are five office and four have been rented.  Current tenents include a computer/IT firm, an exclusive custom quilt maker, a specialty wedding planner, and a World class photography, company.  We list these firms for we are seeking a professional firm/small business that would be a good fit in this nice mix of busines's.  When you visit take some extra time to visit the four museams, and walk one block down to the historic river warf.  Notice the small building on the right with a section of railroad track.  It is the first rail station in America. Then walk on the river path which is actually a dike built in the 1600's by dutch settlers.  Walk down to the playground then see the brick path and follow back to our building. Have a bite to eat in the terrific 4 star restaurant "Prince on Delaware".<br>
